Friendly staff, responsive to door issues. Loved the cinema for series fans. Vegan breakfast with limited options but tasty. Staff also friendly. Clean dorms with good Wifi. Helpful and respectful staff.

The location is great, within walking distance to the nearest metro station plus lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel is conveniently situated in the old centre which is a short walk to a metro station with connections to everywhere in Sao Paulo. The staff is professional, welcoming and very accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The area surrounding the hotel feels a bit sketchy, especially at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The dorms were nice and clean, and the Wifi was quite good. The hotel facilities were great, including a cinema which was a positive surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any problems or questions. The location was also wonderful, as it was very close to a subway station with connections to everywhere in the city.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering the prices in the area. The location is ideal, right in the heart of downtown and close to all the best spots. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were taken care of. The basic amenities provided in the room, like the minibar, added a nice touch. The breakfast, included in the price, was delicious and had a good variety of options. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the room with a nice view that I was given.
All in all, everything was more than okay!
